The Work Complexity questionnaire measures the level of complexity of a particular/specific job position or role. The analysis is based on the Stratified Systems Theory (SST).

This questionnaire does not assess an individual’s capability or skill set. It assesses the “role” - not the “person”. Therefore you may be filling out this form as the current role incumbent, or you may be the direct manager, a colleague or direct report. The questionnaire however is worded as if you are the role incumbent.
Key findings from this questionnaire may be used for work group discussions, team task allocation and management congruence.
It takes approximately an hour and a half to complete.
